With its 91,000 square metres for temporary trade fairs and exhibitions, distributed over 15 up-to-date halls, Exhibition Centre Herning is Scandinavia's largest centre for trade fairs and exhibitions. To this must be added about 18,000 square metres of administrative and service area with auditorium, meeting rooms, press centre, restaurants, bars and kitchen facilities. There is also an outdoor display area of 400,000 square metres.
Each year, 15-20 trade fairs and exhibitions are held and the total number of major events lies between 40 and 60, with a total of more than 500,000 visitors annually.
