annual contract of HMS 1&2 for 30,000MT X 12 = US$247 CIF aswp

pending due to financial problem from the buyer.

This inventory has been reserved for 3 months and is now ready to ship next
month.

Need LOI and BCL to reserv the contract,

Once we have the LOI & BCL we can send you update photo, FCO and
draft contract. Once the contract is signed, L/C is opened, can
visit the yard in Russia or Ukraine at the same time.

Hope to receive your feedback soon.  Again, this offer is on first come
first serve basis and we do not guarantee to have delivery until we receive
the countersigned  FCO.
